Massachusetts General Hospital partners with Agri-Cycle to reduce its carbon footprint

Six days a week Agri-Cycle picks up food waste at the hospital and delivers it to the Exeter facility where it is converted into a variety of energy sources.

“We are very proud about this initiative,” says Bill Banchiere, director of Environmental Services, who spearheaded the program. “It is something very different but so helpful.”
